Startup from the USA Ring Always Home Cam: a flying security camera

Smart home devices are gradually improving. Ring, which is a division of Amazon, has introduced a smart flying security camera for the home. A startup called “Always Home Cam” is a smart security system for the next generation of home. A small flying autonomous drone is able to patrol all areas of the house during your absence. The drone periodically returns to the base to recharge the battery.

You can connect to the drone via your smartphone in real time and see what is happening in your home. The drone is capable of transmitting video broadcast to a smartphone through a special mobile application. If the alarm is triggered, the drone will automatically fly to the desired location, send a notification to the owner, and start the video broadcast.

Sales of the device are scheduled for 2024. Estimated cost will be $250.
